Working closely with the partnership group, Robert guides continuous improvement efforts across financial systems, operations, and strategic growth.

His background spans leadership roles at a Big 4 consulting firm and two national banks, equipping him with a deep understanding of both financial health and organizational culture. At Holland, he is drawn to the firm’s commitment to making workplaces more engaging, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.

Originally from Thunder Bay, Robert earned his HBA from the Ivey School of Business. After a career largely shaped by conventional office settings, he finds inspiration in Holland’s vision of designing workspaces that prioritize wellness, purpose, and connection.
