Expertise

Kailee supports the design team in developing visual and technical materials across a range of projects, including presentations, research, and drawing coordination. She is currently completing her Bachelor of Interior Design at Mount Royal University after beginning her studies at NAIT. Kailee also brings experience from her time with Cenovus Energy, where she contributed to commercial and industrial renovation projects.

Design Philosophy

Kailee believes that thoughtful design can enhance well-being and support the way people experience space in their daily lives. She is drawn to natural, minimalist approaches that emphasize simplicity, material integrity, and a strong connection to context. She values a collaborative process and is particularly interested in planning and contract documentation as a foundation for successful project delivery.

Beyond Design

Outside of work, Kailee enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, biking, and golfing, and is always keen to try new activities. She also enjoys camping, cooking, and baking, and has recently taken up 35mm film photography, often bringing her camera along while traveling.
