Expertise

Jenny Hassell brings a diverse foundation and unique blend of creativity to her role, holding a Bachelor of Applied Interior Design with Honours, a Bachelors of Arts in Greek and Roman History, a Diploma of Fashion Merchandising and NCIDQ certificate. Her areas of expertise include concept development, advanced 3D modeling, and construction drawing production, with a specialization in healthcare design.  

As a Project Lead, Jenny guides projects from concept to construction completion. Collaborating closely with the executive team, she develops design direction and works alongside project designers to bring concepts to life, while offering mentorship to junior staff. As the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors, she coordinates with municipal authorities to obtain development and building permits. Additionally, she ensures effective engagement and communication among clients and staff throughout all project phases.

Design Philosophy

Methodical and research-driven, Jenny prioritizes the human experience in each project. In healthcare design, she champions a holistic approach that improves experiences for both patients and medical professionals. She is passionate about enhancing individual health by designing spaces that encourage healthier lifestyles, and considers the physical, mental, and social well-being of all users.

Beyond Design

Outside of work, Jenny is a dedicated mother of twin boys, and finds joy in skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, and reading.
