Holly Mark is an Associate based in Edmonton, bringing over a decade of experience in stakeholder engagement, project coordination, and interior design strategy. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Modern Languages with concentrations in French, Spanish, and Italian, alongside diplomas in Architectural Technology and Construction Project Management. Holly has carved a unique career path across sectors, within architecture, including; commercial interiors, asset/capital project management in commercial real estate and accommodations planner for the GoA.
At Holland, she leads client onboarding, project programming, test fits, and workplace mapping. Known for her intuitive, detail-driven approach, Holly thrives in environments that require strategic foresight, empathetic collaboration, and seamless execution.
For Holly, relevance is the foundation of great design. She begins each project by identifying a meaningful anchor—whether a logo, an architectural feature, or a cultural narrative—that grounds the concept. With a background in languages, she brings a heightened sensitivity to how ideas are communicated, listened to, and translated into space. Her process balances reuse, flow, and clarity, with an intuitive grasp of how light, mood, and movement shape experience. Design is a dialogue; one that connects past context to present needs.
Outside the workplace, Holly finds inspiration in movement and nature, whether on horseback, exploring beaches, or spending time outdoors with her husband and son. A lover of iconic furniture, Spanish culture, and fruit-forward coffee (never with cream or sugar), she brings joy and curiosity into everything she does.
