
Ashley is a Project Lead with experience in hospitality and corporate design. She brings over seven years of industry experience, with a strong background in commercial projects that prioritize both functionality and user experience. She holds a Bachelor of Interior Design from Yorkville University, along with an Interior Decorating diploma from Maritime Business College.
Her work is grounded in a practical, problem-solving approach, balancing spatial planning, concept development, and detailed coordination to create cohesive and enduring environments, with a strong ability to translate client needs into clear, well-resolved solutions that support both operational efficiency and overall experience.
Ashley has extensive experience in hospitality and corporate environments, where she enjoys navigating complex project requirements and shaping spaces that are functional, efficient, and well-executed. She is a Fitwel Ambassador and is currently working toward her NCIDQ certification, with the goal of becoming a Licensed Interior Designer with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA). She is also looking forward to becoming a member of the Interior Designers of Alberta (IDA).
Ashley’s approach is rooted in human-centred and inclusive design, with a focus on creating spaces that feel intentional, functional, and timeless. She values collaboration as a key part of the design process, working closely with both clients and team members to develop ideas that evolve through shared input. Her work prioritizes clarity, purpose, and long-term impact over short-lived trends, ensuring each project feels considered and grounded. She aims to create environments that support how people feel, interact, and function in their daily lives.
Outside of work, Ashley enjoys swimming, traveling, and spending time with friends, often accompanied by good music. She values experiences that bring people together and finds inspiration through travel and art.
